Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric (PEDS) in a healthcare facility. This position involves administering respiratory therapies, managing ventilator settings, conducting patient assessments, and performing diagnostic procedures, with a focus on pediatric and neonatal patients. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with medical staff to provide quality cardiopulmonary care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days/Nights, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Neonatal (NM) license, and Pediatric & Neonate experience required; at least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Must be willing to obtain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification before or immediately after start date. No call required, blocked scheduling may not be accommodated, and no floating required. Scrub color can be any color. EMR system used is MedHost. Responsibilities include administering oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, ventilator management, arterial blood gas punctures, airway maintenance, invasive and non-invasive procedures, and ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
