Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Location: On-site outpatient setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring the safe and effective return to community activities. The role demands clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and adherence to professional standards. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/21/2026 and will last approximately three months.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; no prior experience with the agency required for consideration.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency is highly desired; past experience with outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Additional Information: The outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients, develop customized treatment plans, complete medical records accurately and timely, and participate in student education programs. The role emphasizes safety, professional growth, and adherence to state practice acts and organizational policies.
