Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) in a facility setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring functional recovery to facilitate return to community activities. The role requires collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, adhering to professional standards and organizational values.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Start date is 09/21/2026 and end date is 12/21/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; Location requirements may apply.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dry needling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Additional Information: Responsible for comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, and participation in student mentoring programs. Must maintain professional licensure in good standing and adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies.
