Job Summary:
Ultrasound Technician (Ultrasonographer) Located at a healthcare organization in southern Maine. This third-shift position involves traveling to a nearby facility for emergency room examinations when ordered. The role requires performing general ultrasound procedures, including obstetric, general, breast, and vascular imaging. The selected candidate will work approximately 36 to 40 hours per week on nights, with variable weekend and call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, Sun-Wed 20:00-6:30 (4x10 hours), with variable weekend hours and on-call rotation.
• Required Qualifications: ARDMS certification, Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) preferred, general ultrasound experience, minimum 2+ years of experience, and required certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with obstetric (OB), breast, and vascular imaging.
• Additional Information: The position involves travel to a facility with 200 beds, utilizing Philips Epiq and GE E10 ultrasound equipment, and electronic medical records via Epic. The role is suitable for individuals with a personable demeanor who can fit well within the team and dress in scrubs of any color.
