Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position in a critical access hospital setting. The role involves providing inpatient therapy services across various patient populations, including outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) patients, with a focus on pediatric and adolescent cases preferred. The assignment starts on 10/19/2026 and concludes on 01/18/2027, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour days, minimum 40 hours per week, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 0 years of experience, and experience with Epic charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric and adolescent experience, scheduling appointments, and skills related to pediatric specialties and outpatient therapy.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to cover outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facility units within scope.
• Additional Information: The role involves therapy for a diverse patient demographic in a Level IV trauma, critical access hospital with 46 acute beds and 22 skilled nursing beds. The facility provides housing, which is typically a 1-bedroom apartment, available for move-in not earlier than 72 hours before the contract begins and not longer than 24 hours after it ends. No pets allowed, and housing will need to be cleaned upon departure. Candidates must be able to commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays, with all scheduling requests to be made upfront during submission. Candidates should include responses to requested qualification inquiries and provide two references covering one year within the last three years prior to start.
