Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position is available in Dallas, TX. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on patient documentation and adherence to clinical standards. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/12/2026 and conclude on 04/11/2027, with a flexible schedule during daytime hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active license, 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, and relevant certifications or degrees as applicable
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous outpatient clinical experience, ability to work independently, strong documentation skills
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidate will need to complete some documentation directly with the organization prior to clearance. A credentialing review is required, and equipment will be provided during the interview. Parkings will be provided on the first day, and dress code details will be shared then.
