Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) at Dallas, TX. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on individualized patient care and documentation. The position requires a commitment to a dayshift schedule and adherence to established clinical protocols.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license, active certification, 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with clinical documentation standards.
- Additional Information: The assignment is scheduled from October 12, 2026, to April 11, 2027. Equipment will be provided during interviews. Parking will be provided during the first day info. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
