Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Pediatrics - Remote. This position involves independently providing respiratory care, pulmonary, and cardiology diagnostic testing to pediatric patients across various healthcare settings. The role demands collaboration with the healthcare team to assess patient responses, adjust therapies, and ensure high-quality care delivery in compliance with established policies and professional standards.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associate or technical degree; proof of passing the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); current license as required by state law; Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification; clinical experience of at least one year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience are preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Provides all functions according to established policies, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as professional standards. The position may involve supervision of staff and work across various areas requiring respiratory care. The incumbent must be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds, and must use standard precautions due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids. Effective communication skills are essential for in-person and phone interactions. The role is suitable for candidates able to work independently and adapt to different clinical settings.
