Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) position in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans focused on progressing individuals toward discharge, and providing therapy services tailored to patient needs. The position requires hands-on experience with hand therapy and the ability to make splints, with a full outpatient caseload. The assignment is set to start on 09/28/2026 and end on 12/28/2026, with a schedule of 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 12/28/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school; active license for the state where work will be performed; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; must have hand experience and be comfortable making splints.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient orthopedics is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring documentation complies with federal, state, and organizational guidelines. Must adhere to all safety protocols, including safe patient handling and infection control. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to organization performance improvement initiatives.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
