Job Summary:
X-ray Technologist position available in a healthcare organization on a full-time basis. The role involves performing routine and advanced imaging procedures, supporting other imaging staff, and ensuring smooth patient flow. Flexibility in working different shifts and locations as needed is required to effectively meet departmental needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or an accepted and approved equivalent; one year of hospital experience preferred; basic computer experience required; certification in Radiography (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); Texas state licensure as MRT by the Texas Medical Board (TMB); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: The technologist must troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions, assist with patient assessments, and follow PACS downtime procedures as a PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) superuser. Responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all policies and standards of care. This role may require working at different campuses and shifts to support operational needs.
