Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting clinical progress in medical records, and ensuring care is provided under signed, valid physician orders. Will participate in student training and professional development initiatives. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates understanding of performance improvement initiatives and provides feedback to enhance service quality.
