Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position is available in a daylight shift schedule. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with specific responsibilities related to documentation and clinical patient care. The position requires collaboration with the organization to ensure quality treatment delivery.
Job Details:
- Location: Terre Haute, IN
- Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/12/2026
- End Date: 01/10/2027
- Required Qualifications: Valid active license, 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, and 18 years of age or older.
- Additional Information: The clinical setting provides equipment during interviews. Dress code and parking details will be provided during the first day of orientation.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
