Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position is available in a healthcare organization located in an outpatient setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families. The position starts on 09/28/2026 and concludes on 12/28/2026, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR Certification, valid license for the state, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, and the ability to start on 09/28/2026.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous employment with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience with outpatient therapies preferred.
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and ensures documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies. Participates in student programs and maintains professional licensure in good standing. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and demonstrates safety awareness and compliance with clinical guidelines.
