Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position in a multi-campus healthcare environment. The role involves performing routine and specialized Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and healthcare providers to aid in diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and disease prevention. The position requires adaptability, team orientation, and the ability to work across multiple imaging sites to deliver superior patient care while maintaining MRI safety standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, with start times varying between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.; typically includes one Saturday and one Sunday per month. On-call is optional but not required.
• Required Qualifications: Certified as an ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists) or ARRT R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography), with current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum of 3 years of MRI technologist experience; valid California State Licensure; and experience with GE Healthcare MRI systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-volume MRI practices, diverse exams including cardiac, breast, neuro, musculoskeletal, and interventional procedures; familiarity with different MRI software versions (23, 26, 30.1, 31).
• Additional Information: Must be proficient in performing a broad spectrum of advanced MRI examinations across various patient populations, including cardiac, neuro, musculoskeletal, and interventional MRI procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-site environment, providing high-quality patient care while adhering to safety protocols. Floating across multiple campuses and equipment is required as needed.
