Ultrasonographer Echo (ULTRA ECHO) located at a healthcare facility, the role involves providing specialized echocardiography services within a busy cardiac unit. Job Details

Position: Ultrasonographer Echo (ULTRA ECHO)
Location: Healthcare facility
Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Start Date: 11/09/2026
End Date: 02/08/2027
Years of Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in an acute care setting as an Echo Tech, with a minimum of 6 months experience in this role preferred
Certifications/Education: Must have BLS and RCS certifications, Pediatric experience and the ability to complete basic scans on infants required
Responsibilities include adult echocardiograms (portable inpatient and outpatient), transesophageal echocardiograms, bubble studies, and contrast studies, with structured reporting on all procedures performed
Additional Qualifications: Proficiency with transesophageal echocardiograms and pediatric echoes required; ARDMS certification and prior Meditech experience considered a plus
Schedule details: The position involves a rotating on-call schedule of two nights per week, including weekends, with a typical 10-hour workday
Submission requirements: Candidates must be proficient in pediatric scans, TEEs, and adult echocardiography.
