Ultrasonographer Echo in a cardiovascular imaging specialty located in Lone Tree, Colorado. The position involves performing adult echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, bubble studies, and contrast studies using advanced equipment. The role requires flexibility, excellent teamwork, and patient-focused communication, supporting both inpatient and outpatient procedures.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift; 10 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: No minimum experience required; BLS & RCS certification; candidate must have pediatric experience; candidates without these skills will not be considered
- Preferred Qualifications: ARDMS certification; prior Meditech experience
- Additional Information:
- One position available
- The unit is a cardiovascular focused echocardiography department with advanced equipment including GE E95 and Philips Epiq systems
- Typical procedures include adult echocardiograms, transesophageal echo, bubble studies, and Definity contrast studies
- Unit policy emphasizes wearing hospital-provided scrubs and participating in on-call rotations of two nights per week, including weekends
- Staff is experienced, with a focus on patient care, teamwork, and adaptability
