Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting located in a clinical environment. This position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and directing therapy services to facilitate functional recovery and safe community reintegration. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable state license, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is a nice-to-have.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluations, clinical reasoning for treatment planning, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and participation in student education. Candidates are expected to pursue ongoing professional development, adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
