• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with elderly populations, familiarity with rehabilitation protocols in SNF environments
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves supporting patient rehabilitation programs under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists, assisting with therapeutic activities, documentation, and patient progress assessments in a skilled nursing environment.
