Description

Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient position available in a healthcare setting. The role involves providing direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education for individuals within an inpatient rehabilitation environment. The Occupational Therapist will also offer indirect services such as consulting, advising, and training patients and caregivers to promote optimal recovery outcomes.

Job Details

Schedule: 4-10s (four 10-hour shifts per week), rotating schedule
Schedule Hours: 12 hours per shift
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
Start Date: 09/28/2026
End Date: 12/26/2026
Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; current license in the state of practice; Occupational Therapist license; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; at least 1 year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy; previous inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) experience; Epic electronic medical record system certification.
Certifications & Licensure: Current license in the state of practice; Occupational Therapist license; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
Skills & Experience: EPIC, patient assessment, treatment planning, caregiver education, quality improvement, clinical documentation, billing and charge recording, interdisciplinary collaboration.
Additional Information: The position requires active participation in clinical and operational meetings, effective communication through documentation, and a commitment to team-based care.
