Job Summary:
MRI Technologist Fort Pierce, FL. This role involves working in the MRI Unit, which features a GE Discovery 450 1.5 Tesla MRI scanner. The position requires independent work on a 12-hour night shift schedule, with an emphasis on critical thinking, flexibility, and the ability to work nights and weekends. The MRI Technologist will perform detailed MRI scans of internal body structures, typically maintaining a 1:1 patient-to-technologist ratio.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), BLS certification, Florida state licensure or eligibility, no minimum experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification is a plus, but not required
• Additional Information: The position involves working independently, with a focus on MRI procedures that do not utilize X-rays. Dress code requires all-black scrubs. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, adaptable, flexible, and willing to work weekends and nights.
