Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer Echo Pediatrics is needed for a travel assignment located in an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves working between the outpatient clinic and inpatient care areas, providing ultrasound services primarily focused on pediatric cardiac patients. The position starts on 11/17/2026 and runs through 04/10/2027, with a schedule of four days per week, eight hours per day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 4 days per week, 8 hours per day, with a rotation of weekdays off each week. The schedule cycle is typically 12 weeks, subject to change.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification; ARDMS registry with adult (AE) and pediatric (PE) registry, pediatric experience required; minimum of 2 years of independent practice, 3 years preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric ultrasound experience with congenital heart disease patients; strong assessment skills; experience working with neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients with congenital heart conditions.
• Additional Information: The role involves support from patient service representatives, registered nurses, licensed medical assistants, and other sonographers. The position requires working with Philips ultrasound equipment and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system Cerner. Floating between inpatient and outpatient care areas may be required. Orientation includes HR onboarding, HealthStream modules, and other training within the first 1-2 weeks based on experience and comfort level. Weekend rotations occur every third weekend, with additional availability if desired. Call responsibilities will be discussed during the interview, with shifts starting after the last clinic patient of the day, typically into the early morning hours. Scrubs must be solid color and professional; scrubs can be provided if necessary. Parking is free.
