Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in a clinical outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective patient recovery with a focus on community reintegration. The position requires a proactive and professional healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; successful completion of an assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired); previously completed assignment with the organization (nice to have).
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure, and adheres to regulatory standards and organizational safety protocols.
