Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT Outpatient) position in Portland, OR. This role involves providing physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, adhering to facility protocols, and ensuring quality patient care. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/19/2026 and end on 01/16/2027, with a standard schedule of days and full-time hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license in the state of Oregon; 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy; must be a licensed physical therapist with a current license; location requirements include Oregon.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient clinics and familiarity with common outpatient therapy equipment.
• Additional Information: Candidates will be required to complete some documentation directly with the organization outside of the agencys clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment. Upon arrival, dress code and parking details will be provided on the first day.
