Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position in a metropolitan area. This role involves supporting the Cath Lab team with procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, cerebellar angiograms, stents, balloons, and other specialized interventions. The facility is a top-performing, designated stroke center with a comprehensive cardiovascular program and emergency services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as an ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); candidates must be competent in Special Procedures and GE Innova systems; no minimum experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred
• Additional Information: The role requires team players with critical thinking skills, patient care focus, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. On-call duties are frequent, requiring flexibility. Dress code includes unit scrubs with specified color restrictions. The unit comprises 4 rooms with one patient per room and a staff of 22 members including RNs and technicians. The position is a contractor replacement.
