Description
Job Summary:
Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist position available in the specialty of Electrophysiology at a facility in a location requiring a minimum of two years of experience. This assignment is scheduled to start on 10/26/2026 and conclude on 04/26/2027, with a shift of 10 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week. The role involves working in a high-acuity environment with a focus on diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts with at least 40 hours per week, starting 10/26/2026 and ending 04/26/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid state license; minimum of 2 years of experience; certifications in BLS and ACLS; skills in accurate monitoring, electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures, arrhythmia induction, cardiac mapping, ablation, cardioversion, and device implantation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Philips X-Ray System, a variety of atherectomy and thrombectomy devices, temporary LVAD support, and interventional radiology procedures related to stroke thrombectomy.
- Additional Information: Must be willing to work in a high-volume cardiac cath and EP lab, participate in call from 6-8pm, and support interdisciplinary procedures such as STEMI interventions, IABP, Impella, Tandem Heart, and structural heart procedures including PFO, TAVR, and mitral clip. The candidate should be comfortable floating within scope to meet facility needs and adhere to shift and scheduling requirements, including participation in some Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
