Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in the designated location. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services within a specified schedule, ensuring continuity of care for patients. The assignment is set to begin on 10/12/2026 and conclude on 01/09/2027, with a standard schedule of days and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid active license with 14 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, including certifications and relevant educational background
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with credentialing requirements
- Additional Information: The assigned equipment will be provided during the interview. Dress code details will be shared on the first day. Parking will be available from the first day of the assignment.
