Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer in an urban healthcare setting. This position involves performing ultrasounds of vascular structures using specialized imaging equipment. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory standards to support diagnostic and treatment processes.

Job Details:

• Provides timely and accurate vascular ultrasound examinations to support patient diagnoses.
• Responsible for patient positioning, image acquisition, and initial interpretation of images.
• Utilizes ultrasound equipment compliant with clinical safety standards and follows established procedures.
• Must possess skills in operating ultrasound systems and understanding vascular anatomy.
• Certifications required: National certification in vascular or general sonography (e.g., ARDMS).
• Education: High school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited vascular sonography program, or three months of professional vascular sonography experience.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start date: 10/05/2026
• End date: 12/28/2026
• Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
• Additional duties include patient education, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
