Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in a facility setting. This position involves providing specialized respiratory care for pediatric patients over an 8-week assignment. The role requires a valid state license at the time of submission and experience with critical care, intubation, arterial line insertion, and electronic health record systems. The schedule is Days shifts, typically lasting 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin (WI) license at the time of submission, minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist including critical care, intubation, arterial line insertion experience, travel experience, and proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system. Candidates must also complete the Ascension Skills Checklist, provide profession-specific references, and verify licenses and certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in pediatric respiratory therapy and flexibility to float within skill set or to facilities within 40 miles if needed.
• Additional Information: The assignment duration is 8 weeks beginning 10/11/2026 and ending 12/05/2026. Candidates should be prepared to work within a fast-paced pediatric care environment, demonstrating technical skills and adaptability.
