Description
Job Summary:
X-ray Technologist position located in an acute care setting. The role involves general radiography imaging procedures, including fluoroscopy and trauma imaging, with opportunities for floating to other units and departments. The position requires independent work during call shifts and participation in a rotating schedule. The assignment is scheduled to start on 11/09/2026 and end on 02/08/2027.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, including overnight and weekend coverage as required.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARRT and BLS. Must possess ND State Licensure (temporary) and have at least 2 years of experience in general radiology imaging. Call is required, and clinician must be able to work independently. Experience with high-volume hospital environments (400+ beds), trauma experience, and travel experience is highly preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Level I/II Trauma experience.
- Float: Float to other units/departments such as Operating Room, Emergency Room, and portable x-ray throughout the hospital.
- Additional Information: All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility. Scrubs are hospital supplied (gray). Orientation includes general equipment and protocol review, as well as EMR training on systems such as EPIC, PACS (McKesson), GE, Phillips, Carestream, and Toshiba. The unit has 223 inpatient beds and operates on a 7-night on/7-night off schedule, specifically Wednesday night through Tuesday night.
