Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position is located in an outpatient setting. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The position requires a committed professional who demonstrates a strong understanding of clinical reasoning, patient safety, and adherence to professional standards. The assignment is scheduled to start on 10/05/2026 and conclude on 01/04/2027, with shifts primarily during daytime hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Shift hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience is a plus.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans focused on progressing patients toward discharge within an established length of stay, and documenting all clinical activities clearly and accurately. The role involves participating in student training programs, maintaining professional licensure in good standing, and adhering to applicable state practice acts and regulatory guidelines. The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to safety, including safe patient handling and infectious disease protocols. Professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations is encouraged.
