Description
Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required for a full-time placement at a healthcare facility in the nights shift. The position involves providing respiratory therapy services to pediatric and neonatal populations on a 13-week contract basis. The role includes working 36 hours per week, primarily from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with responsibilities to cover holidays as needed and participate in on-call duties.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 36 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend work and holidays as required. On-call duties are also part of the schedule.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, at least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, relevant education, and current TMC registration. Position begins on 10/12/2026 and ends on 01/09/2027.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric and neonatal populations, proficiency with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Information: Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of canceling up to two shifts during the contract due to low census. On-call responsibilities are also required, and availability for a 13-week commitment is essential.
