Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in the outpatient setting. This role involves providing direct patient care using age-specific standards of practice for diverse patient populations. The position requires working independently while collaborating effectively with team members to achieve patient-centered goals within the healthcare organization.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Will work 2 weekend days per month. Schedule will be adjusted to 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of experience OR Master's/Doctorate degree acquired from a Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy (CAPTE) accredited program; Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist License from the State of Michigan; Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); 1 year of experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Physical Therapist provides care across various patient populations, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, ensuring comprehensive therapy services in the outpatient setting.
