Job Details:

• Location: The position involves working at two nearby sites, one in San Luis and one in Evergreen.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure or registration, 2 years of professional experience, and ability to work at both specified sites.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role requires familiarity with point-of-care electronic medical records systems, specifically PointClickCare. The position is scheduled to start on 10/12/2026 and concludes on 01/09/2027.
