Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist, SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) in Hilo. This position involves providing rehabilitation services for patients in a skilled nursing environment. The role requires clinical expertise in SNF settings and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid occupational therapist licensure, minimum of 0 years of experience, willing to work in Hilo, experience with skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior SNF experience, strong communication skills, relevant certifications in SNF therapy
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The position involves delivering outpatient therapy services, adhering to facility protocols, and following established SOPs for patient care.
