Job Summary
Physical Therapist, Inpatient (Physical Therapy) a healthcare professional role located at a healthcare providers facility. This position involves providing inpatient physical therapy services with a focus on a variety of neuro diagnoses, orthopedic conditions, and medically complex cases. The role requires working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement appropriate interventions to promote patient recovery and functional independence.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy is preferred but not required. Effective oral and written communication skills in English are necessary; additional languages are a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with neuro diagnoses including cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injuries (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), orthopedics, and cardiopulmonary cases is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves overseeing patient care in a 36-bed inpatient unit, with patient ratios of 5 to 6 per therapist. The therapist will assess needs, initiate interventions, and collaborate with other healthcare team members. The assignment begins on 09/21/2026 and concludes on 12/21/2026. Scrub color is navy blue, and the reporting time is 8:00 am with parking available at the rear of the building.
