Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer in an outpatient setting located in a healthcare environment. This role involves performing ultrasound examinations of blood vessels, interpreting imaging results, and ensuring quality patient care. The position requires technical proficiency with ultrasound equipment and a focus on accuracy and patient safety.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm with an every other weekend rotation. Possible holiday coverage required as needed.
• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Graduate of a Vascular Sonography training program that provides a clinical rotation or three (3) months of Ultrasound experience; National Vascular Sonography certification (e.g., RVT) must be obtained within 14 months of hire date; Valid medical license where applicable; Minimum 3 years of experience in vascular ultrasound.

• Additional Information: Must demonstrate skills in conducting vascular ultrasound examinations, interpreting results, and documenting findings accurately. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsible for maintaining proper operation of ultrasound equipment and adhering to departmental protocols.
