Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and performing therapy services aimed at patient recovery and functional improvement. The position entails patient education, documentation, and adherence to industry standards and safety protocols per the organizations mission and core values.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; 0 years of experience; location requirements as specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and maintaining accurate, timely medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Participates in student supervision and professional development initiatives. Adheres to state practice acts, maintains licensure, and follows organizational performance improvement processes. Demonstrates commitment to safety, including safe patient handling and infectious disease protocols.
