Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located in Presque Isle, Maine. This role involves providing radiologic imaging services with a focus on fluoroscopy, operating room procedures, and general X-ray imaging. The position includes weekend rotations and requires flexibility to work days or evenings based on departmental needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 6-week rotations with variable shift times, including days or evenings, averaging 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT (Registered) certification, Maine state licensure, BLS certification, 1 year of radiologic imaging experience. Candidates with less than one year of experience may be considered, and first-time travelers are welcome.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in OR/C-arm procedures and fluoroscopy. Support within the department includes lead tech support and radiologist onsite part-time.
• Additional Information: Imaging rooms equipped with Siemens and T-Rad with Siemens equipment, fluoroscopy unit Cannon Ultimax Hybrid C-arm, Phillips and Siemens portable C-arms. Orientation period of 1-1.5 weeks based on experience. No call required; holiday work occurs in rotation. Scrub colors are flexible but must be professional. Parking is free. Precise weekend schedule varies based on departmental needs.
