Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Pediatrics in The Woodlands. This onsite outpatient position involves planning, evaluating, and implementing developmentally appropriate occupational therapy treatment programs for patients from neonates through adulthood. The role includes performing patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with patients and families, and monitoring treatment responses. The work schedule is flexible, with most shifts being either 10 or 12 hours, typically on weekdays.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, with most shifts being 10 or 12 hours, Monday through Friday, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, active OT license in Texas, at least 2 years of pediatric, women's health, orthopedics, or sports medicine clinical experience, or 1 year of residency in these areas. Candidates must have demonstrated exceptional performance in previous appraisals and possess strong communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency with office equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric outpatient experience is preferred.
• Additional Information: This position supports coverage for multiple FMLs occurring simultaneously, requiring flexibility in work hours and days. The therapist will provide patient-centered care, developing and following established therapy plans, recommending adaptive equipment, and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.
