Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Currently licensed in the state, with 2-3 years of experience supervised by a licensed physical therapist. Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, current CPR certification, and familiarity with basic computer functions such as email, internet, and office navigation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a home health environment is preferred.
• Travel: Approximately 150 miles per week within designated territories. Periodic office meetings and home visits are required.
• Additional Information: The assignment duration is from 09/21/2026 to 12/20/2026. Candidates must be prepared to perform duties within the scope of licensing regulations, with transportation and compliance with state-specific licensing standards.
