Job Summary:
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is sought for a position in Oklahoma. This role involves evaluating, rehabilitating, and developing treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. The position requires adherence to all regulatory and clinical standards, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices. The SLP will collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: One (1) year of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) experience, including Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience; Oklahoma State License; Certified Clinical Competency (CCC) as an SLP; eligible for and hold active licensure according to state requirements; New graduates with Level II experience are welcome.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves providing clinical services, documenting all required information in electronic systems, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and supporting supervision of CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists. Adherence to American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and state practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethical standards is mandatory. The start date is 10/19/2026, with an expected end date of 01/18/2027.
