Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses, with the goal of enhancing patient outcomes. This position involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Bachelors degree in physical therapy, current Colorado Physical Therapist licensure (DORA) or Compact for Colorado, at least two years of PT experience (3-5 years preferred), BLS certification through the American Heart Association, and mandatory flu vaccination required from October 1st through April 1st.
• Schedule: Working 40 hours per week, 4 days per week with 10-hour shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in physical therapy, current Colorado Physical Therapist licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado, at least two years of PT experience, BLS certification through the American Heart Association, and mandatory flu vaccination.
• Additional Information: The position requires the traveler's permanent address to be at least 75 miles away from the facility. Flu vaccination is mandatory from October 1st to April 1st, with no exemptions accepted. A radius rule and system registration requirements are in place for out-of-state agencies. The start date is November 17, 2026, with an end date of May 4, 2027.
