Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Oklahoma; at least one year of PTA experience; long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred; successful submission of a resume; skills checklist completed within 1 year; 0-1 professional references available at the time of submission; active Occupational Therapist (OT) license at submission
