Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is sought for a position in the South Suburban area. This role involves providing therapy services to patients in a SNF environment, ensuring quality care and adherence to facility protocols. The position is scheduled for daytime shifts with a standard 8-hour day and a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid occupational therapy license, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, at least 2 years of experience in SNF or similar setting, eligible to work in the state where the facility is located
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility, familiarity with clinical documentation and therapy equipment
• Additional Information: This position is for a period starting from 11/16/2026 to 02/06/2027. Candidates must be prepared to deliver therapy services to diverse patient populations and follow facility protocols.
