Job Summary:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings in Oklahoma. This role involves screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop and implement appropriate treatment plans aligned with all regulatory and clinical practice standards, utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices. The position requires collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) experience, LTC or Rehab experience, Oklahoma State License, CCC-certified SLP. New graduates with Level II experience are acceptable.
• Preferred Qualifications: Three or more years of experience holding an active Clinical Certification Specialty (CCS) is preferred.
• Additional Information: The SLP will be responsible for documenting treatment minutes, maintaining patient records in electronic documentation systems, and participating in care conferences, trainings, and required meetings. Supervision and support of CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists will be necessary. Adherence to American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) standards and state practice acts is mandatory.
