Description
Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist position available in a healthcare setting located in the area. The role involves providing radiation therapy treatments with a focus on advanced treatment techniques, requiring the ability to work independently after departmental orientation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with rotating weekly on-call coverage.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist, prior travel experience, proficient in treatment techniques such as SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery), SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy), IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy), and Conformal Radiation Therapy. Must have TrueBeam experience; ARIA experience is preferred. Capable of functioning independently following a short, department-specific orientation.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be able to start on 10/25/2026 and work through 01/23/2027. Must be within a 200-mile radius of the facility and include all demographic information such as address, email, full date of birth, social security number, and full name at the time of submission. All schedule or time-off requests must be included at submission; requests will not be approved afterward.
