Ultrasonographer General in a community healthcare setting serving Arkansas River Valley. This position involves providing ultrasound imaging services across diverse patient populations, including outpatient, inpatient, and Emergency Department patients. The role offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to patient care in a well-established, accredited facility located in a scenic area with outdoor recreational activities.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotating call, guaranteeing 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Sonography certification; RVT or RDMS license; minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience; location in Arkansas or nearby area preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Venous ablation experience
• Additional Information: The ultrasound unit is equipped with GE E9 and Mindray ResonaE systems. The patient population includes a mixture of outpatient, inpatient, and Emergency Department cases with minimal pediatric involvement. The role requires a professional with a general, obstetric-gynecologic, or vascular ultrasound background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team. The dress code is Navy scrubs. The position is a replacement for permanent staff and involves rotating call duties.
