Physical Therapist (PT) specialization in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, located in the designated area. This position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in a nursing home environment, adhering to applicable standards of practice and clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with shift hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice in the state, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with elderly or geriatric patient populations preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions in accordance with facility policies and SOPs. Candidates must be committed to patient care excellence and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
