Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in an outpatient clinic setting. This role involves providing therapy services focused on ortho, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and neurological diagnoses. The position offers a day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a typical workweek of 40 hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days; 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; licensure to submit; CPR certification such as BLS from the American Heart Association; minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient therapy
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Additional Information: This outpatient clinic has 10 patient slots per day, each lasting 45 minutes, with one-on-one therapy sessions. The facility uses the EPIC charting system. The shift policy allows the client to cancel or call off a Professional up to 36 hours in advance during the assignment without penalty, with a 14-day notice required for cancellations.
