Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located in a direct patient care environment. The role involves performing a full range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including general radiography, portable imaging, fluoroscopy, C-arm operation in the operating room, pediatric imaging, and trauma cases. This position requires certification, licensure, and clinical knowledge to deliver high-quality imaging services while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, Arizona State X-ray license, high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, minimum of 1 year of clinical radiology experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience in diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Additional Information: Performs prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department policies, ensures patient safety, maintains equipment performance, and adheres to safety policies. Demonstrates effective communication and professionalism in interactions with patients, families, and healthcare team members. This position involves physical agility, including the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and may require working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to bodily fluids.
