Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician guidance. Responsible for supervising discipline-specific therapy services and designing functional treatment programs. Serves as an educator to patients, families, students, and team members. Ensures compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols, emphasizing patient and staff safety.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; 6 months of experience in an outpatient setting is highly desired; Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours daily, minimum 40 hours per week; Start date: 10/12/2026; End date: 01/11/2027.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and documents treatment plans, and participates in student and professional development activities. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to organizations performance improvement initiatives.
